At SCHUTZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
